The guards went down. It was almost too easy.

"I should have trained them better."

The next steps were simple, thought of and planned beforehand. There was no time for doubts, he was committed now.

Don't think, act!

The door hissed open and Refractions of Dawn looked up. He hesitated the fraction of a second, re-evaluated the possibilities.

[The shot hit Dawn in the chest, body fluids splattered over the pilot seat. Dylan drew his force lance...]

The shot burned Dylan's side and his force lance went flying when the Captain fell, a look of disbelief on his face. Rhade's second shot killed the shocked Than.

Don't think, act!

He dragged the corpse away and took the seat. A glance at the plotted course told him enough and he silently congratulated his friend to his plan. Time to finish it. The Black Hole pulled the Andromeda in and the right moment to slingshot away was... now.
